Alice Dolbow manages College y Consejos, LatinxEd’s college access initiative. College y Consejos provides free, virtual college advising for Latinx students from immigrant families throughout NC. In her role, Alice collaborates with high school counselors and college advisers to identify and dismantle structural barriers to college access and success. Through her work with LatinxEd, Alice advocates for undocumented youth in their pursuit of higher education. Previously, she worked as a high school physics teacher in GA and NC, and in undergraduate admissions at Duke University. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Duke and her Master of Arts in Education from Wake Forest University.
